SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Shipping
Every effort will be made to ship your order as soon as possible once it is received. It may take up to 3 – 14 business days to process and ship your order. You will receive an email once your order has shipped. Once you place your order, you will receive an email with expected shipping timeframe.
Returns
Note: The following applies only to items ordered on the website, or ordered directly from me. All sales at street art fairs are final. For any item purchased at a retail location, please contact that location to determine their return policy.
Returns for any item ordered on the website will be evaluated on a case by case basis. If you think you might wish to make a return, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. Return instructions will be provided if applicable. Please save all original packaging materials if you think you may want to make a return. Note that you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.

Special or Custom Orders
Special orders and custom orders cannot be returned unless they are damaged in transit. You will be informed at the time of your purchase if an item is not returnable.
Items Damaged in Transit
If your package appears damaged, please email us so we can make arrangements. Please retain all of the original packing materials.
Refunds
Refunds will be determined on a case by case basis. Please email us if you wish to receive a refund.
Cancellations
Any order—aside from special or custom orders—can be canceled before it is shipped. To cancel an order, please email us at patientmedicinesblownglass@gmail.com . You will receive a refund within 3–5 business days in the same form of payment used to place your order. If it is expected that it may be longer than this, you will be notified by telephone or email.
